Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking a Full Day Intensive with Holla Marketing. By completing a booking and submitting payment (or requesting an invoice), you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

A Full Day Intensive is a dedicated working day with Bec McGready of Holla Marketing. The day is focused on your business's marketing — whether that's strategy, execution, or a mix of both. The specific scope of your day is agreed during your pre-meet.

Your booking includes:

  • One 60-minute pre-meet (held before your intensive day)

  • One full day intensive (approximately 6 hours)

  • 30 days of email support following your intensive day

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a booking. Your booking is only confirmed once:

  • Your booking form has been received and reviewed by Holla Marketing, and

  • Payment has been received in full or, where a payment plan has been agreed, your deposit has cleared.

Once your booking is confirmed, Bec will be in touch within 24–48 hours to lock in your date. Dates are not allocated at the time of booking — they are confirmed directly between you and Bec once payment is received.

3. Payment

Payment options

You may choose to pay in one of the following ways:

  • Pay in full upfront ($2,500 AUD + GST) via credit card (processed securely through Stripe), or

  • Pay a 50% deposit ($1,250 AUD + GST) upfront and the remaining 50% ($1,250 AUD + GST) on the day of your intensive.

Where payment is made by invoice and bank transfer, the following applies:

  • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit (or full payment, if paying upfront) has been received and cleared.

  • The balance is due on or before the day of your intensive.

  • If the balance is not received by the time of your intensive, Holla Marketing reserves the right to reschedule the day until payment is received.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. A tax invoice will be provided upon payment.

4. Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to reschedule your intensive day, the following conditions apply:

  • You may reschedule your intensive day within 4 weeks of your original confirmed date.

  • You must provide at least 7 days' written notice prior to your original date to request a reschedule.

  • Rescheduling is subject to Bec's availability.

  • You are entitled to reschedule once without additional charge. Further reschedules may be considered at Holla Marketing's discretion.

Reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to holla@hollamarketing.com.au.


5. Cancellation

Cancellation by you

If you choose not to reschedule within the permitted window, or if you cancel your booking entirely, the following applies:

  • Where you paid in full upfront: 50% of the total amount paid ($1,250 + GST) is forfeited. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you, or may be applied as a credit toward a future booking at Holla Marketing's

  • Where you paid by deposit: the deposit ($1,250 + GST) is forfeited in full.

Cancellation by Holla Marketing

In the unlikely event that Holla Marketing needs to cancel your intensive day, you will be offered:

  • A full reschedule to a mutually agreed alternative date, or

  • A full refund of all amounts paid.

Holla Marketing will provide as much notice as possible and will not charge any cancellation fee where the cancellation is initiated by Holla Marketing.

6. What's Not Included

Unless agreed in writing prior to your intensive day, the following are not included in your booking:

  • Any third-party software, subscriptions, tools, or platform costs

  • Paid advertising spend or media buying

  • Printing or production costs

  • Services beyond the agreed scope of your intensive day

Any additional scope agreed during your pre-meet or intensive day will be confirmed in writing and may attract additional fees.


7. Confidentiality

Holla Marketing treats all information shared during your intensive day as confidential. We will not share your business information, strategies, or materials with any third party without your consent.

With your permission, Holla Marketing may reference your business as a client for portfolio or testimonial purposes. You will always be asked before any such use.


8. Intellectual Property

All work product created during your intensive day belongs to you. Once payment has been received in full, you own all deliverables produced during your day.

Holla Marketing retains the right to reference the work as part of its portfolio, provided your permission has been given, as outlined in Section 7.


9. Limitation of Liability

Holla Marketing's liability in connection with your booking is limited to the total amount paid by you for the intensive day.

Holla Marketing is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your intensive day, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity.

Holla Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from your intensive day. Results depend on a range of factors, including implementation of the work produced.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your booking will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
