Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before joining VIBE Club. By completing your membership sign-up and submitting payment, you agree to these terms.
1. About VIBE Club
VIBE Club is a marketing membership community for small business owners, run by Bec McGready of Holla Marketing. Membership gives you access to a supported, strategic marketing community designed to help you show up consistently and market your business with intention, not randomness.
2. Membership Tiers
VIBE Club is offered in two tiers:
VIBE Club
Includes:
Access to the VIBE Club community
Monthly live group sessions/calls
Access to the content library and member resources
VIBE Club+
Includes everything in VIBE Club, plus:
Quarterly 1:1 coaching session with Bec McGready
Your membership tier is selected at sign-up. You may request to upgrade or downgrade your tier with 30 days' written notice, subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Billing
Membership fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST. A tax invoice will be issued for each payment.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise Holla Marketing to charge your nominated payment method each month on your billing date.
Holla Marketing reserves the right to update membership pricing. You will be given at least 30 days' written notice of any price change. Your continued membership following the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
4. Minimum Commitment
All VIBE Club memberships carry a minimum commitment of 3 months from your join date. During this initial period, your membership cannot be cancelled or paused.
After your 3-month minimum commitment has been fulfilled, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation by you
After your minimum commitment period, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing 1 month's written notice to vibeclub@hollamarketing.com.au.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your next billing cycle following the notice period. You will retain access to your membership until the end of that billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for any portion of a billing cycle already paid.
Cancellation by Holla Marketing
Holla Marketing reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership at any time if a member:
Fails to maintain a current, valid payment method
Breaches these terms or the community guidelines
Engages in conduct that is disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive to other members
In the event that Holla Marketing discontinues the VIBE Club membership program entirely, all active members will be given at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of their current billing period.
6. Pausing Your Membership
Membership pauses are not available during the 3-month minimum commitment period.
After your minimum commitment, you may request a pause of up to 1 month once per calendar year. Pause requests must be submitted in writing to holla@hollamarketing.com.au with at least 14 days' notice. Pauses are granted at Holla Marketing's discretion.
7. What's Included
Your membership provides access to the inclusions listed in Section 2 for your chosen tier. Specific session dates, topics, and resources are planned in advance but may be subject to change. Holla Marketing will provide reasonable notice of any changes to scheduled sessions.
Unless agreed in writing, the following are not included in your membership:
1:1 coaching or consulting (except for VIBE Club+ quarterly sessions)
Done-for-you content creation or marketing execution
Third-party software, tools, or subscription costs
Any services beyond the scope of your membership tier
8. Community Guidelines
By joining VIBE Club, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively with other members and Holla Marketing. Members who engage in disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behaviour may have their membership suspended or cancelled without refund.
Content shared within the VIBE Club community is for members only. You must not share, reproduce, or distribute member content, session recordings, or resources outside of the membership without written permission from Holla Marketing.
9. Intellectual Property
All resources, templates, frameworks, and materials provided through VIBE Club remain the intellectual property of Holla Marketing. Members are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these resources for their own business purposes during the period of their active membership.
Membership materials must not be shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes outside of your own business without written consent from Holla Marketing.
10. Confidentiality
Holla Marketing treats all information shared by members within VIBE Club as confidential. Member information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
With your permission, Holla Marketing may reference your participation or outcomes as a member for portfolio or testimonial purposes. You will always be asked before any such use.
11. Limitation of Liability
Holla Marketing's liability in connection with your VIBE Club membership is limited to the total membership fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to any claim.
Holla Marketing is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your membership, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity.
Holla Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from your membership. Results depend on a range of factors, including your active participation and implementation.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your membership will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
13. Changes to These Terms
Holla Marketing may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued membership following the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
